Fish Fry

Here are the fish Terry caught and fried. The ones not fileted were already in our freezer, caught some other time. They had the bones in them and didn't taste as good either. Terry dipped all the fish in egg, then cornmeal mixed with Creole seasoning and they were delicious.


The finished product. Some Northern Pike, bluegill and crappie all fried to perfection. Can't wait for the next fish fry!!
